Mother Nature pummeled the Black Hills in the afternoon but Layla with Twenty One 20 took the Pepsi Stage for Week 13 and brought the thunder that night on August 16th, 2018. As always the crowd was energetic, the food was amazing, and the music was electric. Here’s some highlights from the night.
