Dirty Word (June 24th, 2021)

Sadly Mother Nature had other plans for Summer Nights last week.  Dirty Word took the Pepsi Stage, sponsored by Great Western Bank, for Week 4 in a shortened performance at Summer Nights.  Though the crowd that remained until the end was was energetic, the food was amazing, and the music was electric. Here are some highlights from the night.

2021 Season Returns

What a year we had for “Summer Nights: Season 13” last year.  Wait, no. There was no “Season 13”. Due to the pandemic we had to cancel Summer Nights last year but our line-up is ready for 2021 and we can’t wait to see you all downtown this summer!

2020 Season Cancelled

We are extremely disappointed to report that Summer Nights has been cancelled for 2020. We were recently notified that Special Event capacity within the city was going to be limited to 250 through the summer and therefore our permit as submitted could not be approved.

2020 Season Delayed

The entire world has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and in recent weeks the state of South Dakota and our community has been affected. Given this information, the City’s Special Events Committee has decided to postpone all special events through June.

Trucker Radio (July 25th, 2019)

Trucker Radio put on a great show on the Pepsi Stage for Week 9 at Summer Nights, sponsored by Traffic Services Company.  Those in attendance were also treated to an appearance from the famous Budweiser Clydesdales who paraded around downtown.  As always the crowd was energetic, the food was amazing, and the music was electric.  Here’s some highlights from the night.
